Not surprising that this was the time I woke up this morning, considering it’s the time my alarm has gone off everyday this week (apart from the awful 04:50 wake-up call yesterday – urgh!). But as I snuck out of our room to wee as silently as possible, I heard the unwanted murmurings of the Babe.

The Babe has a tendency to breath-hold after massive screaming session or a big shock. Although we’re pretty confident it’s behavioural, though unintential rather than deliberate, the doctor (and of course ourselves) wanted to check to see if it was epilepsy-related.

With the new configuration of tent on top of sleeping-bag, Monday night was pretty successful. “Bed!” still seemed to have great appeal, and the Babe continued to run totally naked after her bath, along the hallway and launch herself into the travel cot, announcing “Bed!” with giggles of delight.

Last night was pretty unsettled. Although the Babe settled OK, we heard grizzles at around 8:30pm. And then on and off til 10pm. Armed with a few ounces of milk I went in to see what the problem was.
