The Tent Trials: Day Four
With the new configuration of tent on top of sleeping-bag, Monday night was pretty successful. “Bed!” still seemed to have great appeal, and the Babe continued to run totally naked after her bath, along the hallway and launch herself into the travel cot, announcing “Bed!” with giggles of delight.
She took a while to settle, but after that it was only a brief “Mummy” around 10pm and that was it for the night.
Tuesday morning, I was able to get up, shower, put some washing on etc between 6-7am, going in to wake the Babe at 7. All good. Am just waiting for it to all go horribly wrong, but for now we seem to be on track…… Hurrah!!!
